Statement concerning
Coronavirus/Covid-19
(as of 10 March 2020)
Our current hope is that, in September, the situation will be such that the conference can take place as scheduled. However, as everyone else, we will keep a close eye on future developments and, if necessary, follow the advice and instructions of relevant heath departments and organisations. We appreciate that all prospective participants understand that we may be required to cancel the meeting or parts of the programme in adverse circumstances. Before making travel arrangements, participants should ensure that they have adequate insurance to cover any possible cancellation or restrictions on travel.
