Arrival and accommodation

We expect most participants to arrive on Sunday evening and leave on Saturday morning.
The workshop/conference starts on Monday at 9.30am with registration and finishes on Friday by 3pm.

Reasonable hotel options in Wuppertal near the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) include the Hotel Central, and the Hotel Arcade.

Transport

Please consult this page for information how to reach the Campus Freudenberg of the University of Wuppertal by bus/train or car. The nearest airports are Düsseldorf, Köln-Bonn, Dortmund/Holzwickede and Frankfurt. Note that some hotels (notably "Hotel Central") will provide you with a free bus ticket.

Venue

All talks will be in lecture halls FZH1 and FZH2 on Campus Freudenberg (map). Both lecture halls are located near the bus stop "Rainer-Gruenter-Str.", see here.
There are frequent busses 603 (or 625 to "Hermannshoehe" and a short walk from there) from Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof bus station platform 3 via "Historische Stadthalle" to Campus Freudenberg. You may also walk up the hill for 40-45 minutes.
